Jeptha Creed Whiskey

Overview

Our team helped develop this ground-to-glass distillery from day one. The Jeptha Creed Distillery brand is built upon the foundations of family and the rich heritage of their farmland in Kentucky. Their authenticity is driven by the family’s respect for the earth. Bringing their brand to life meant representing these various aspects in everything from conception through execution. In developing their branding, naming, packaging design and point-of-sale materials, we drew from their strong foundation to create a diversified group of assets that stand out in their categories and tell the family’s story.

Of note are their labels and bottles, in particular. For the initial spirits launch of their heirloom corn vodkas, we created a bold label design with rustic touches on a towering bottle. Pushing the envelope even further for their flagship whiskies, we designed and sourced a fully custom glass bottle incorporating the great tree – a symbol representative of their values. This elaborate bottle, with its all-encompassing complex embossings, pushed the limits of what was technically viable. This was only possible through meticulous design and continual collaboration with glass manufacturers. The resulting designs for this brand serve as proof of what can happen when you think beyond the mold.
